All orders are processed within 24 hours to 48h. Delivery time is usually 7 to 15 business days.
When your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you with a tracking link so you can follow the location of your order.
As long as your order has not been confirmed by our team, you can cancel it at your convenience (and without cost). Once your order is “under processing,” it is no longer possible for us to cancel it.
